ASP Connectivity Lead (Peppol / Accredited Service Provider Integration)

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the canonical ASP interface contract — submit and acknowledge, receive inbound document, status/MLR/TDD confirmation, inbound response and supplier notification — including envelope, canonical status model and error model.
• Build and configure the adapter framework across patterns (REST/JSON, SOAP/XML, SFTP/MFT with PGP, signed webhook callbacks, polling) with idempotency keys, correlation IDs, exponential back-off, deadlettering and de-duplication.
• Run the ASP onboarding kit: interface-contract workshop, sandbox credentials and certificate exchange, adapter configuration in QA, conformance-test execution, joint SIT and cutover rehearsal.
• Maintain the ASP simulator used for build, SIT and regression; own connector monitoring, status synchronisation back to ERP and ASP-outage handling.
• Document the ASP switching procedure and support exit/transition scenarios. Required experience and skills
• 7+ years in integration engineering with strong experience integrating to external B2B networks or taxclearance platforms (Peppol access points, ZATCA, EU eInvoicing providers, EDI/VAN networks).
• Hands-on REST/SOAP, OAuth 2.0 client credentials, mutual TLS, PGP/SFTP, webhook signing (HMAC/JWS); fluent in JSON, XML and UBL.
• Experience designing reliable message exchange: idempotency, retries, acknowledgements, audit trails and reconciliation of message status.
• Knowledge of the Peppol 4/5-corner model, SMP/participant identifiers and PINT-AE document types.
• Comfortable running technical workshops with third-party providers and producing conformance reports.
