Senarath Group is seeking an experienced and results-driven Asphalt Business Manager to lead the growth, operations, and profitability of our Asphalt Business.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive asphalt business development across Government and Private Sector projectsIdentify and secure small, medium, and large-scale projectsManage client relationships with contractors, consultants, and project ownersOversee sales, costing, pricing, negotiations, plant production, dispatch, transportation, and site deliveryManage asphalt laying operations, fleet, machinery, supervisors, and third-party teamsEnsure quality, compaction, finishing, project measurement, billing, and collection coordinationMonitor market trends, competitors, business performance, and profitabilityTake responsibility for P&L performance and long-term business growthIdeal CandidateCivil Engineering, Engineering, or Technical backgroundStrong knowledge of asphalt manufacturing, laying, and road constructionMinimum 8–10 years of relevant industry experienceExperience in asphalt, road construction, or infrastructure projectsStrong business development, commercial management, costing, and negotiation skillsKnowledge of asphalt plants, pavers, rollers, tippers, fleet, and related equipmentStrong leadership, communication, customer relationship, and team-management skillsAbility to deliver projects within Time, Cost, and Quality targetsWe are looking for a technically strong, commercially driven professional who is ready to take ownership of a complete asphalt business and drive sustainable growth.
