La Clinica de Familia values collaboration, professional growth, and a strong sense of purpose across all roles.Role Description The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Las Cruces, NM. This role oversees the daily operations of the ACT program, including managing multidisciplinary staff, coordinating services, and ensuring adherence to clinical and regulatory standards. The Program Manager is responsible for supervising team members, monitoring caseloads, and facilitating regular team meetings to review client progress and care plans. Daily tasks include collaborating with community partners, supporting crisis intervention efforts, maintaining accurate documentation and reporting, and promoting continuous quality improvement. The ACT Program Manager also engages in strategic planning, staff development, and program evaluation to improve access to care and client outcomes.Qualifications Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, performance coaching, and program coordination.Strong clinical and case management skills, with experience in behavioral health, community mental health, or related services.Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, staff, and community partners.Organizational and administrative skills, including documentation, reporting, compliance monitoring, and time management.Ability to work on-site in Las Cruces, NM and participate in community-based activities and outreach as needed.Relevant education such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, public health, or a related field.Licensure or eligibility for licensure in a behavioral health discipline in New Mexico (such as LCSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) is preferred.Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to equitable, culturally responsive care.Proficiency with electronic health records and standard office software.
