blueprints, test plans, and assessment instrumentsCoordinate with subject-matter experts, educators, instructional designers, psychometricians, and external assessment specialistsOversee question-bank development, item writing, item review, validation, and quality assuranceEnsure assessment content appropriately measures intended knowledge, skills, competencies, and learning outcomesManage examination schedules, assessment delivery, candidate registration, venues, invigilation, and results processesOversee online, computer-based, paper-based, practical, oral, and other assessment formats where applicableEstablish robust assessment-security procedures to protect examination content and maintain assessment integrityMonitor examination incidents, irregularities, misconduct, appeals, complaints, and investigationsManage candidate communications, assessment instructions, policies, and support processesDevelop assessment quality-control processes and monitor reliability, validity, fairness, and consistencyAnalyze assessment results, candidate performance, trends, and statistical indicatorsWork with psychometric specialists to conduct item analysis, standard setting, reliability analysis, and test evaluationReview assessment outcomes and recommend improvements to curriculum, training, and learning programsManage assessment technology, testing platforms, question banks, candidate-management systems, and digital assessment toolsEnsure appropriate data protection, confidentiality, access controls, and secure handling of candidate informationCoordinate assessment audits, accreditation reviews, regulatory inspections, and quality-assurance activitiesEnsure compliance with applicable UAE education, training, assessment, examination, data-protection, and regulatory requirementsDevelop KPIs covering assessment quality, candidate experience, operational efficiency, security, and performanceManage assessment budgets, vendors, testing centers, technology quality, accessibility, efficiency, security, and candidate experience✅ What We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Education, Assessment, Psychology, Psychometrics, Statistics, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field5–10+ years of experience in assessment management, examinations, educational testing, professional certification, or learning evaluationProven experience managing assessment or examination programsStrong understanding of assessment design, validity, reliability, fairness, and quality assuranceExperience managing assessment content, question banks, examination processes, and candidate administrationStrong analytical and data-interpretation capabilitiesExperience working with educators, subject-matter experts, psychometricians, examiners, and external stakeholdersStrong knowledge of assessment governance, examination security, and confidentiality requirementsExcellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong understanding of the UAE education and assessment environment is highly desirable🌟 Preferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Educational Assessment, Psychometrics, Educational Psychology, Measurement & Evaluation, Education, or a related disciplineProfessional qualifications or certifications in assessment, psychometrics, testing, education, or examination managementStrong knowledge of classical test theory, item response theory (IRT), standard setting, item analysis, and assessment analyticsExperience with computer-based testing (CBT), online assessment, adaptive testing, remote proctoring, and digital examination platformsExperience using assessment-management systems, LMS platforms, question-bank software, and analytics toolsKnowledge of international assessment standards and frameworksExperience with professional certification, licensing examinations, school assessments, university examinations, vocational assessments, or workforce competency testingKnowledge of UAE education authorities, accreditation bodies, examination regulations, and relevant government requirementsExperience managing assessment programs across the UAE and GCC is an
