The company's mission is to make employability measurable, personalized, and actionable, ensuring students gain a clear path to achieving their career aspirations.About the RoleWe are looking for a highly detail-oriented Assessment Research & Content Intern to support the development of our Assessment AI platform.In this role, you will research different types of assessments, understand how they are structured and evaluated, and systematically document the different question types, formats, skills, difficulty levels, and assessment methodologies used across them.This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys research, reading, analysing information, and creating highly structured documentation. You will work closely with the product and assessment teams to build the research foundation that powers our AI-generated assessments.Key Responsibilities- Research different types of assessments used for aptitude, technical, domain, behavioural, and other skill-based evaluations.- Study existing assessment frameworks, question formats, assessment patterns, and evaluation methodologies.- Research and document different question types and question structures used across assessments.- Categorise questions based on factors such as topic, difficulty, question, etc.- Analyse assessment platforms, tests, question banks, academic resources, and other credible sources to identify relevant question patterns.- Create and maintain detailed documentation and structured databases of assessment and question types.- Identify patterns and best practices in how questions are written, structured, categorised, and evaluated.- Review research and documentation for accuracy, consistency, completeness, and logical organisation.- Work with the product team to translate research findings into requirements for the Assessment AI.- Continuously update documentation as new assessment types, question formats, and methodologies are identified.What We're Looking For- Strong research and information-gathering skills.- Excellent reading and comprehension abilities.- Exceptional attention to detail.- Strong documentation and organisational skills.- Ability to analyse large amounts of information and structure it clearly.- Ability to identify patterns, similarities, and differences across different types of questions and assessments.- Strong written English and ability to communicate findings clearly.- Comfortable working with spreadsheets, documents, and structured datasets.- Curious mindset with an interest in assessments, education, AI, testing, or learning technology.- Ability to work independently and methodically.A Great Fit If You- Enjoy spending time reading, researching, and digging into information.- Naturally notice small inconsistencies or missing details.- Like turning messy information into clear, structured documentation.- Are comfortable doing repetitive but important research work without compromising accuracy.- Enjoy understanding why different questions and assessments are designed the way they are.- Have a methodical approach and take pride in producing accurate, well-organised work.Qualifications- Bachelor's in Arts degree or any other field.- Prior research, content, assessment, academic, or documentation experience is a plus.- Experience with Excel/Google Sheets, Google Docs, Notion, or similar documentation tools is a plus.What You'll Gain- Hands-on experience working on an AI-powered assessment product.- Exposure to assessment design, question frameworks, and evaluation methodologies.- Experience conducting structured research for a real-world AI product.- Experience working closely with a product team and contributing to the development of an assessment platform.- Opportunity to build expertise at the intersection of AI, assessments, education, and technology.Internship Type: Full-time / Part-time InternshipDepartment: Product / Assessment ResearchExperience: 0–1 years
