Role Description The Asset Integrity Manager is responsible for ensuring that physical and technical assets related to construction activities remain safe, reliable, and compliant with relevant standards and regulations. This part-time remote role involves monitoring asset performance, maintaining asset records, and coordinating inspections and preventive maintenance plans. The role includes analyzing risk and condition data, proposing corrective actions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to address integrity issues. The Asset Integrity Manager will prepare reports and recommendations, support asset-related policies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement of asset management practices.QualificationsExperience in asset integrity, asset management, or reliability engineering within construction, infrastructure, or related industries.Knowledge of relevant safety, quality, and regulatory standards, and familiarity with risk assessment and inspection planning.Ability to analyze technical data, prepare clear reports, and make evidence-based recommendations.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment.Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with diverse stakeholders, including technical teams and management.Proficiency with digital tools and asset management or maintenance systems; general IT literacy (e.g., office productivity software).Relevant technical or engineering education, or equivalent professional experience in asset integrity or construction-related fields.Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement in asset performance and reliability.
