As Asset Liability & Capital Management Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting balance sheet governance, capital adequacy monitoring, liquidity analysis, and ALCO decision-making. Working closely with Treasury, Finance, and Risk teams, you'll help establish the analytical capabilities and reporting frameworks needed to support a modern digital bank from day one. Responsibilities• Monitor capital adequacy, liquidity, and funding metrics, ensuring accurate and timely analysis. • Support the preparation of ALCO packs, providing insights into balance sheet, capital, liquidity, and funding performance. • Produce regulatory liquidity and capital ratios and support required reporting processes. • Prepare ICAAP inputs, stress testing analysis, and data-driven recommendations to support decision-making. • Build and maintain analytical models, reconciliations, and reporting frameworks supporting liquidity and capital management. • Leverage automation and AI-enabled tools to enhance reporting, forecasting, and treasury analytics capabilities. Requirements• 6+ years of experience in Asset Liability Management (ALM), balance sheet risk, capital management, or liquidity analytics within banking or financial services. • Strong understanding of capital adequacy, liquidity management, ICAAP, regulatory ratios, and funds transfer pricing. • Proven experience producing regulatory returns, ALCO packs, and stress testing analysis in a regulated banking environment. • Knowledge of CBUAE liquidity requirements and Basel capital and liquidity standards. • Experience with balance sheet modelling, treasury analytics, and automated reporting solutions. • Professional qualifications such as CFA, FRM, or PRM are advantageous.
