Team members benefit from working in a professionally managed, growth-oriented organization with a strong focus on real estate markets and institutional-quality practices.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Asset Management role based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. The Asset Management professional will monitor the performance of a portfolio of real estate assets, including reviewing financial and operational metrics, tracking leasing activity, and assessing property-level risks and opportunities. Daily tasks include analyzing property cash flows, preparing financial models, supporting investment and financing decisions, and assisting with annual budgets and business plans. The role will collaborate with property management, leasing, and investment teams to implement strategies that enhance asset value and optimize returns. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors, supporting due diligence on new investments or dispositions, and ensuring adherence to company policies and market best practices.Qualifications Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling, data interpretation, and performance analysis.Knowledge of investments and asset management, with familiarity in real estate portfolios and return optimization.Solid finance foundation, including understanding of valuation, capital markets, and budgeting.Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting findings to stakeholders.Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA, real estate designation) are a plus.Experience in real estate asset management, investment analysis, or property finance is preferred.Proficiency with Excel and financial analysis tools; experience with real estate or asset management software is beneficial.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and make data-driven recommendations in a dynamic environment.
