Fleet ManagementManage company fleet operations.Ensure vehicle compliance, licensing, and insurance.Monitor fuel consumption and fleet performance.Improve fleet utilization.Implement GPS tracking and telematics where applicable.Logistics ManagementPlan equipment mobilization and demobilization.Coordinate transportation between projects.Optimize transport costs.Manage third-party logistics providers.Support project teams with equipment deployment.Stores & WarehouseManage central stores and site warehouses.Optimize inventory levels.Reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory.Manage spare parts availability.Improve stock accuracy through regular audits.Workshop OperationsManage workshop operations and maintenance teams.Develop preventive maintenance schedules.Improve workshop productivity.Monitor repair turnaround times.Ensure availability of critical spare parts.Financial & Commercial ManagementPrepare annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets.Control plant operating costs.Monitor equipment ownership versus rental costs.Evaluate equipment investment proposals.Support tendering teams with equipment costing.Manage vendor performance.Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with HSE requirements.Maintain statutory inspections and certifications.Ensure compliance with company asset policies.Lead annual physical asset verification.Technology & SystemsManage asset management systems (SAP, Oracle, IFS, ERP).Implement digital asset tracking.Utilize fleet management systems and telematics.Develop dashboards and KPI reporting.
