Apply & track with Apply EdgeRole OverviewOur client is seeking an experienced Asset Manager to support the financial and operational performance of a hospitality portfolio. The role will work closely with internal teams, hospitality operators and external stakeholders across budgeting, financial reporting, asset performance, CapEx planning and commercial analysis.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate annual operating and CapEx budgets, including consolidation, variance analysis and quarterly reforecasts.Prepare and analyse monthly management reports, financial performance, KPIs and budget-to-actual variances.Work closely with hospitality operators to monitor performance, gather reporting requirements and follow up on key actions.Support the review of P&Ls, forecasts, management fees, contracts and capital expenditure plans against approved budgets.Track CapEx budgets, approvals and project progress, coordinating with project teams and operators to ensure timely delivery.Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation and asset enhancement.Maintain accurate asset records, reporting packs, contracts and supporting documentation.Support senior management with presentations, business cases, investment evaluations and strategic recommendations.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Business, or a related field.3–5 years' experience in budgeting, financial reporting or financial analysis, ideally within hospitality, real estate or asset management.Experience with multi-entity budget consolidation and monthly management reporting.Experience in hotel operations, CapEx coordination or asset management is preferred.Strong understanding of hospitality KPIs, P&L analysis, STR and market benchmarking.Strong proficiency in Excel; Power BI or similar data tools is advantageous.Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple assets, competing deadlines and confidential information with a high level of accuracy.Desirable: CFA Level 1, CHAM, RICS Associate or an Asset Management certification.
