This part-time remote opportunity is suited to a technically capable professional who can combine asset oversight with practical maintenance leadership. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and service teams to help improve equipment availability, maintenance planning, and lifecycle performance.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee asset records, equipment information, maintenance status, and lifecycle activities.Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning for mechanical assets.Review equipment performance and identify potential reliability or maintenance concerns.Coordinate maintenance schedules, service requests, and technical follow-ups.Assist with resource planning for mechanical maintenance activities.Review maintenance reports, inspection findings, and equipment documentation.Coordinate with engineers, technicians, contractors, suppliers, and operations teams.Monitor maintenance costs, asset utilization, and operational performance indicators.Support compliance with established safety, maintenance, and operational procedures.Recommend practical improvements to asset reliability, maintenance efficiency, and lifecycle management.RequirementsBachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Asset Management, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 3+ years of relevant asset management, mechanical maintenance, or engineering experience is preferred.Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, maintenance planning, and asset lifecycle principles.Knowledge of preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and reliability practices.Familiarity with maintenance records, work orders, technical documentation, and performance reporting.Proficiency in spreadsheets, maintenance-management systems, and standard business tools.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to coordinate technical activities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Strong organizational skills and attention to safety and operational detail.Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with distributed international teams.What We OfferFlexible part-time hours within a fully remote working arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with the responsibilities of the position.Opportunities to contribute to international asset and engineering-management initiatives.Exposure to equipment reliability, maintenance planning, and operational improvement projects.Professional growth through technical coordination, stakeholder management, and leadership responsibilities.A collaborative culture focused on safety, reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
