Apply & track with Apply EdgeAsset Manager — Mobile Medical ImagingRemote with travelSeeking an experienced Asset Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of a mobile medical imaging fleet, including MRI, CT, and PET/CT systems. This role manages asset performance, utilization, maintenance, deployment, customer relationships, and financial considerations while coordinating closely with Service, Sales, Finance, and Logistics.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full lifecycle of assigned MRI, CT, and PET/CT assets from pre-deployment through offboarding, redeployment, or disposition.Maintain accurate asset records, including build, maintenance, service, deployment, and utilization history.Track asset performance and maintenance compliance; coordinate resolution of issues identified through PM checklists, physicist reports, and service records.Evaluate asset condition and recommend upgrades or improvements to extend asset life and maximize performance.Lead pre-deployment and offboarding coordination with internal teams and customers.Conduct customer onboarding and offboarding meetings and serve as the primary company representative during these events.Coordinate asset transportation between customer sites, storage, repair, and vendor facilities.Maintain regular communication with deployed customers, proactively addressing concerns and coordinating equipment repairs.Manage customer lease agreements and support financial decisions related to asset repairs, replacement, and lifecycle management.Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and manufacturer requirements.Maintain accurate records in Salesforce or comparable CRM/asset management systems.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of experience in asset management, equipment leasing, healthcare operations, or medical imaging preferred.Strong knowledge of MRI and CT systems, including operational and maintenance requirements.Experience with equipment lease contracts, asset tracking systems, and financial modeling.Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM/asset management platforms and ERP systems.Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and customer relationship skills.Ability to lead meetings, coordinate cross-functional teams, and resolve complex issues.Ability to interpret technical documentation, including PM checklists, physicist reports, and service logs.Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate repair-versus-replacement decisions.Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.Working ConditionsCombination of office, remote, and customer-site work.Regular travel to customer sites for deployment, onboarding, and offboarding activities.Occasional travel to storage, repair, and vendor facilities.Ability to work in clinical and technical environments, including radiology suites and equipment rooms.Ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
