This commitment to shared progress drives our journey from Hong Kong, China, across the Middle East and into Brazil, with the world ahead.What You'll DoForecast monthly office material requirements and support inventory planning.Inspect incoming assets and maintain accurate inventory and device-system records.Process outbound asset requests, complete system approvals, and record asset serial numbers.Track asset shipments and confirm successful receipt by the relevant stakeholders.Conduct monthly inventory checks covering asset serial numbers, quantities, and models, and update system records accordingly.Support asset recycling and maintenance processes, including system approvals and device unbinding.Classify returned assets based on their condition, including good condition, repair, or scrap.Prepare weekly reports covering inbound and outbound quantities, asset payment status, and device condition.What We Need From YouCurrently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.Previous internship or practical exposure in logistics, operations, last-mile delivery, asset management, or a related field is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel formulas and PivotTables.Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate asset and inventory records.Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration skills.Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.What Makes This Role ExcitingGain practical experience across the full asset lifecycle, including planning, inventory, distribution, maintenance, and recycling.Contribute to asset accuracy and operational efficiency within a fast-growing last-mile delivery platform.Develop analytical, systems, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities through hands-on responsibilities.Why Join Keeta1.
