Madison Berkeley is excited to be partnering with one of the world's largest publicly listed real estate investors to appoint an Analyst or Senior Analyst into its rapidly expanding UK Asset Management team.Following a series of transformational acquisitions and continued capital deployment, the business has built one of the UK's largest operational real estate platforms and is investing heavily in growing its UK team. With multiple recent senior hires already made and further expansion planned, this is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team at an early stage of its growth journey.This is a genuinely commercial role. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders, influence business plans and help drive value across a multi-billion-pound portfolio where analytical thinking translates into real commercial outcomes.The OpportunityWorking alongside an experienced leadership team, you'll support the performance of a nationally significant operational real estate portfolio managed through specialist operating partners.You'll combine detailed financial analysis with hands-on asset management, helping shape strategies that improve operating performance, drive revenue growth and enhance long-term asset value.Responsibilities include:• Building ad hoc cash flow models from scratch and analysing complex operating businesses.• Reviewing monthly financial and operational performance to identify trends, risks and opportunities.• Supporting asset-level business plans and value creation initiatives.• Working closely with operating partners to improve commercial performance.• Analysing pricing, occupancy, revenue and operational KPIs.• Supporting investment reporting and strategic portfolio decisions.• Contributing to asset enhancement and capital expenditure initiatives.Who We're Looking ForWe're interested in ambitious Analysts with 1 to 2.5 years' experience and Senior Analysts with 3 to 4 years' experience, although the quality of your exposure matters far more than your exact tenure.We're deliberately open on sector background.
