Assintant pastry chef(Russian-Speaker)

Job DescriptionJane & Co. is a boutique dessert brand in Dubai specializing in modern pastries, mousse desserts, cookies, macarons, cakes, and other premium desserts.We are currently looking for a Russian-speaking Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai.The ideal candidate should have previous pastry experience, be responsible, organized, and able to follow recipes and technical cards accurately.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily preparation and production of desserts* Follow established recipes and technical cards* Maintain consistent quality and presentation* Prepare mousse desserts, cakes, cookies, macarons, chocolate products, and other pastries* Keep the workstation clean and organized* Follow food safety and hygiene standards* Support the Pastry Chef with daily production tasks

Requirements

• Previous experience in pastry or bakery production is required* Russian language is required* Basic English is preferred* Experience with modern desserts, mousse cakes, macarons, chocolate, or similar products is an advantage* Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a teamEmployment Details:* Full-time, on-site position* Location: Dubai, UAE* Schedule: 6 days per week* Salary: discussed during the interview* Company visa providedPlease apply with your CV and photos/portfolio of your pastry work. +971554600453
