Assistant Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Role DescriptionThe Finance Director is responsible for leading financial strategy, planning, reporting, budgeting, and risk management while supporting the company’s financial performance and long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement financial strategies, policies, and controls.Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury.Monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital.Lead annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.Ensure accurate financial statements and management reports.Manage banking relationships, liquidity, and financing activities.Identify and manage financial and business risks.Maintain effective internal controls and financial procedures.Ensure compliance with UAE accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.Analyze costs, investments, capital expenditure, and business performance.Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.Improve finance systems, processes, reporting, and automation.Lead and develop the finance team.Support strategic investments, expansion, and major business decisions.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.Extensive experience in finance and senior financial management.CPA, ACCA, CMA, ACA, or equivalent qualification is advantageous.Strong knowledge of accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Experience in cash flow, financial planning, risk management, and cost control.Strong knowledge of IFRS and UAE tax and financial regulations.Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.Strong analytical, strategic, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Strong commercial and financial understanding.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.Professional, organized, accountable, and results-oriented.
