Assistant Accountant / Accounts Executive / Finance Executive

Role Description The Director role at The Wellness is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Director will oversee end-to-end delivery of spa and pool projects, including strategic planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking. This role includes leading multidisciplinary teams, guiding project managers and designers, and ensuring that creativity, innovation, and technical standards are consistently met. The Director will maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, provide executive-level reporting, and drive business development initiatives in the EMEA and APAC regions. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve setting operational priorities, improving processes, coaching team members, and ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope, and to quality expectations.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience in wellness, hospitality, construction, design, or related industries, with responsibility for multi-site or regional projects.Strong skills in strategic planning, project management, and operations oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams, foster collaboration, and support professional development across diverse functions.Experience in client relationship management, stakeholder communication, and contract negotiation for complex, design-oriented projects.Background in business development, market expansion, or portfolio growth, ideally within EMEA and/or APAC markets.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional regional languages are an advantage.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Architecture, Hospitality Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and travel as needed across EMEA and APAC for project and client engagements.
