This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes overseeing cross-functional teams, setting performance targets, and ensuring alignment with the company’s clinical and innovation standards. The Director will be responsible for driving product and service enhancements, optimizing processes, and maintaining regulatory and quality compliance in collaboration with dermatology and formulation experts. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing key performance metrics, guiding project priorities, managing budgets and resources, and fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. The role also requires building external partnerships, representing the brand in professional forums, and identifying new opportunities to expand Formial Labs’ market presence.QualificationsDemonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, skincare, life sciences, or a related consumer health industry, with a track record of managing cross-functional teams.Strong strategic planning, business management, and decision-making skills, including experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics.Background in product or service development, preferably within dermatology, cosmetics, or personalized healthcare solutions.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clinical experts, scientists, and business partners.Experience in operations management and process improvement, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and consistent customer experience.Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including analyzing customer insights, market trends, and operational data.Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment and to champion inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory practices.Master’s degree in Business, Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred; relevant bachelor’s degree with substantial leadership experience will be considered.
