This is a fully office-based role, requiring attendance five days per week. Please apply only if you are comfortable with this working arrangement.What you’ll doYou will:· Support the transformation of the finance function through the implementation and continuous improvement of scalable systems and processes· Take ownership of day-to-day finance operations, driving efficiency and reducing manual intervention· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and suppliers, communicating confidently and professionally with external stakeholders· Contribute to innovation within the finance function, delivering value beyond traditional reporting · Gain exposure to a broad range of responsibilities and international accounting standards, working on high-impact, cross-border projects· Fast-track your professional development through a structured growth plan, ongoing mentorship, and hands-on experienceYour day-to-day· Manage multiple client and supplier accounts across a portfolio of companies · Process supplier invoices and perform regular account reconciliations · Support month-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting · Prepare monthly depreciation journals and maintain the fixed asset register · Reconcile multiple bank accounts and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders· Raise sales invoices and oversee credit control activities to ensure timely collection of payments · Prepare and execute weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payment runs, coordinating approvals with relevant stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring· A strong drive to deliver meaningful, measurable value to the organisation· A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment· The ability to learn quickly and adapt effectively to new systems and technologies· Intellectual curiosity with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong attention to detail· Exceptional time-management and organisational abilitiesWhat we need· Accountancy qualification · 1–2 years’ experience in a finance-related role· Experience using Microsoft Dynamics· Strong Excel skills· Experience working with a portfolio of clients or suppliers (desirable)
