The current primary focus is the energy sector, with a network spanning Europe and long-term plans to build a business line bridging European companies with the UAE market.As the business is in its launch phase, the Founder is looking for her very first hire to support organizational tasks, brand amplification, business development, and client execution. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, naturally uses AI and modern productivity tools across their work, and is comfortable being based in or around Dubai for regular in-person collaboration.Role Description The role spans four key areas:1. Operations & Personal AssistanceHandling organizational tasks, calendar coordination, and travel arrangements for the Founder.Keeping day-to-day business operations running smoothly and digitally organized.2. Brand Development & Communication SupportProactive growth: finding relevant industry events, scouting strategic speaking opportunities, and helping expand the Founder's network.Content production: supporting communication activities around the brand, including the launch and ongoing management of a new podcast.3. Business Development & Client ScoutingIdentifying and researching potential new clients and partnership opportunities.Supporting first-touch outreach and early-stage pitches to prospective clients.Attending relevant industry events alongside the Founder, and independently where appropriate, to build the network and identify opportunities.4. Client Support & ExecutionDiving into client projects to handle essential background tasks — desk research, data collection, and gathering/comparing vendor offers — with scope varying depending on client needs.Who You Are:Proactive & Driven: You don't wait for a step-by-step to-do list.
