Assistant Analyst, FP&A

JOB SUMMARYThis Assistant Analyst, FP&A assists the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia in planning, budgeting and analysis of Asia Retail, Wholesale and Travel Retail businesses and participates in ad hoc projects.RESPONSIBILITIESPrepare weekly and monthly performance analysis reportsPrepare regional management reports and ensure compliance with group policiesReport and analyze business performance, follow up on budget deviationsWork closely with the Senior Manager, FP&A, Asia to prepare annual budget and forecastsAssist ad hoc analyses and work on special projects as neededEDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDEDDegree in Finance or Accounting1 year in financial planning, preferably in Retail industryStrong excel and modelling skillsKnowledge in SAP is an advantageSound knowledge of US GAAP and International Accounting StandardsExcellent written and communications skills in English and Chinese are requiredAbility to drive adherence to tight deadlines
