Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, performing restorative and preventive treatments, assisting with orthodontic cases when required, and ensuring accurate clinical documentation. The role also involves patient education on oral hygiene, explaining treatment options, obtaining informed consent, and supporting follow-up care to maintain long-term oral health. The dentist will collaborate closely with senior clinicians and support staff to ensure safe, efficient, and compassionate care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara.QualificationsProfessional clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventive care, with a strong focus on patient safety and ethical practice.Competence in chair-side procedures such as fillings, extractions, endodontic treatments, and basic prosthodontic work; exposure to orthodontics is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills to counsel patients, explain procedures clearly, and build trust across diverse patient groups.Ability to work collaboratively in a structured clinical team, follow established protocols, and maintain accurate, detailed patient records.Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from a recognized institution; valid registration with the Dental Council.Commitment to continuous learning, openness to mentorship from senior clinicians, and willingness to participate in clinical meetings and training programs.High standards of professionalism, punctuality, infection control, and adherence to clinic policies and regulatory requirements.Prior experience in a clinical practice or internship in a multi-chair dental setup is preferred but motivated recent graduates are also encouraged to apply.
