The Department seeks motivated academicians with a strong academic background, proven research capabilities, and a commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and academic innovation.Applicants must possess a B.Tech. and M.Tech. degree in Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline, along with a Ph.D. in the relevant field. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in one or more of the following areas:Molecular BiologyNanotechnologyBiochemical EngineeringBioinformaticsAI/ML in Life SciencesMedical BiotechnologyFor the position of Assistant Professor:A strong academic record with a Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.Demonstrated research potential with quality publications in reputed peer-reviewed journals.Postdoctoral research experience and/or relevant industry experience will be an added advantage.For the position of Associate Professor:A Ph.D. in the relevant discipline with a consistently strong academic record.A minimum of 8 years of teaching, research, and/or industry experience, excluding the period spent pursuing the Ph.D., as per applicable regulatory norms.A significant publication record in reputed peer-reviewed journals, evidence of sponsored research/projects, academic leadership, and the ability to guide research scholars.Postdoctoral research, funded research projects, patents, or industry collaborations will be considered an added advantage.
