Apply & track with Apply EdgeAssistant / Associate Professor – Human Resource ManagementDBS Global University is looking for an academically accomplished and industry-oriented Assistant Professor / Associate Professor in Human Resource Management to contribute to teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, and industry-academia engagement.The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Management, Industrial Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, and contemporary HR practices.Key Responsibilities:Deliver high-quality lectures, tutorials, case studies, simulations, and practical sessions in Human Resource Management.Teach courses including, but not limited to:Human Resource ManagementStrategic Human Resource ManagementOrganizational BehaviourTalent ManagementRecruitment & SelectionTraining & DevelopmentPerformance ManagementCompensation & BenefitsIndustrial RelationsEmployee RelationsLabour LawsHR AnalyticsLearning & DevelopmentLeadership & Organizational DevelopmentInternational Human Resource ManagementChange ManagementDevelop and regularly update course content, lesson plans, teaching materials, assignments, and assessments.Adopt innovative and student-centric teaching methodologies, including case studies, simulations, experiential learning, role plays, and industry projects.Mentor and guide students in academic projects, dissertations, internships, and research activities.Conduct high-quality research and publish research papers in reputed national and international journals.Develop and participate in funded research projects, conferences, seminars, workshops, and academic collaborations.Establish and strengthen industry-academia partnerships with HR professionals, organizations, consultants, and professional bodies.Facilitate guest lectures, industry interactions, internships, live projects, and placement-oriented activities.Contribute to curriculum development and periodic revision of HR programmes in accordance with applicable academic and regulatory standards.Guide students in developing practical HR skills and understanding current industry practices.Required Qualifications~ For Assistant Professor:Ph.D., Master’s degree in Human Resource Management Minimum 2-3 years of experience.~ For Associate Professor:Ph.D., Master’s degree in Human Resource Management Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience in a University/College/recognized research institution or equivalent, subject to applicable regulatory norms. At least one candidate should have registered for a Ph.D. under your supervision/guidance. Minimum 7 research publications.
