Assistant/Associate Professor – College of LawJob SummaryThe College of Law at the University of Khorfakkan invites applications for the position of Assistant/Associate Professor. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, conducting impactful research, supervising students, and contributing to the academic and administrative activities of the College in line with the University's strategic objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesTeach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the relevant area of Law.Develop and update course materials in accordance with accreditation and quality assurance standards.Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputable peer-reviewed journals.Supervise undergraduate and postgraduate students, including research projects and dissertations.Participate in curriculum development and continuous program improvement.Contribute to academic advising, student mentoring, and community engagement initiatives.Serve on departmental, college, and university committees as assigned.Support accreditation, quality assurance, and institutional effectiveness activities.Engage in professional development and maintain expertise in the discipline.Perform any other duties assigned by the Dean or the University.QualificationsPhD in Law from an accredited and internationally recognized university.Demonstrated excellence in teaching, research, and academic service.Strong publication record appropriate to the academic rank.Previous university teaching experience is preferred.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a multicultural academic environment.Proficiency in English is required.
