We have current openings in the following tracks:Accounting & FinanceHuman Resources (HR) & MarketingKey ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, contemporary lectures in your designated Business sub-specialty (Medium of Instruction: English).Ensure course materials and learning outcomes align with national (NCAAA) and international business school accreditation standards.Conduct quantitative or qualitative research and publish findings in recognized academic business journals.Mentor students, guiding them in academic progression and modern business leadership practices.Contribute to the strategic growth and administrative functions of the Business department.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Must hold a PhD in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, or a directly related business discipline.University Ranking Criteria: To align with institutional excellence standards, applicants must hold a PhD from a university ranked within the Top 400 (Shanghai Ranking), Top 300 (Times Higher Education), or Top 200 (QS World University Rankings).Language: Professional fluency in English.
