The successful candidates will demonstrate a strong academic and publication record, experience in research proposal development, and the ability to collaborate across disciplines.Preference will be given to candidates whose research aligns with SDGs, Public Policy, Behavioral Sciences, Educational Innovation, Digital Society, Ethics of AI, Gender Studies, Social Innovation, or other emerging interdisciplinary areas.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead high-quality interdisciplinary research programmes.Publish 8–10 high-quality research papers in Scopus- and/or Web of Science-indexed journals, aligned with the candidate's academic level and research profile.Develop and submit competitive research proposals to national and international funding agencies.Secure 1–2 externally funded research projects during the appointment period.Establish and participate in at least 2 interdisciplinary research collaborations with internal or external academic, industry, government, or societal partners.Produce 2 societal-impact studies, policy briefs, or evidence-based policy reports.Contribute to research centers, interdisciplinary clusters, seminars, conferences, and knowledge-exchange initiatives.Mentor PhD scholars and postgraduate/undergraduate students in research projects.Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching practices where relevant.Build national and international academic networks and represent the University at conferences, workshops, and research forums.Translate research findings into practical, policy, educational, or societal applications.Contribute to the University's institutional research, innovation, accreditation, and academic-development objectives.Essential QualificationsPhD in Liberal Arts, Humanities, Social Sciences, or a closely allied discipline from a recognized university/institution.Demonstrated expertise in one or more relevant interdisciplinary areas.Strong record of scholarly publications in recognized peer-reviewed journals.Demonstrated experience in research proposal writing and/or funded research.Ability to conduct independent as well as collaborative interdisciplinary research.Required SkillsStrong interdisciplinary research and publication record.Excellent research proposal development and academic writing skills.Ability to work across disciplinary boundaries.Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.Experience in academic collaboration and research networking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability
