This role combines hands-on service with leadership support, helping to maintain exceptional standards while fostering pride, trust, and belonging within the bar team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily bar operations, ensuring service is delivered to the highest standardsLead by example during service, maintaining calm, polished, and professional executionBuild rapport with members, understanding preferences and encouraging repeat engagementAssist with training and supervising bartending teamsSupport stock management, ordering, and cost controlsEnsure responsible service, licensing compliance, and service consistencyStep in to manage the bar operation in the absence of the Bar ManagerIdeal BackgroundSupervisory or assistant management experience in high-end hospitalityBackground in a private members club, five-star hotel, or premium bar environment preferredStrong knowledge of cocktails, premium spirits, and service etiquetteFluent English communication skills with a confident and personable styleHighly reliable, professional, and trusted in member-facing environmentsCore CompetenciesRelationship-led service & member engagementService excellence & product knowledgeLeadership support & team coordinationReliability, consistency & trustPride, professionalism & sense of belonging
