Assistant Bar Manager

Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to join one of our venues in Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in managing bar staff, scheduling, and training.Ensure exceptional guest service and high-quality beverage presentation.Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage cost controls.Enforce hygiene, safety, and compliance standards.Support creation of seasonal drink menus and promotions.Address guest feedback promptly and professionally.

Requirements
