Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager to work closely with the luxury brand leadership team in developing and executing marketing initiatives for the launch and continued growth of a new luxury brand.The role will support brand strategy, storytelling, campaigns, digital presence, PR and customer engagement, while ensuring initiatives are executed on time and within allocated budgets.Key Responsibilities:Support the development and execution of the luxury brand marketing strategy.Assist in planning and executing brand launches, campaigns, events and activation.Develop compelling brand stories and marketing content aligned with luxury positioning.Coordinate with creative, media, PR and digital agencies.Support social media and digital marketing initiatives.Assist in PR activities, media interactions, influencer and brand ambassador initiatives.Work closely with Retail, Merchandising, Design and Visual Merchandising teams.Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to ensure timely execution.Track campaign timelines, budgets and deliverables.Monitor luxury market trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities.Contribute ideas that enhance brand desirability, customer experience and premium brand perception.Candidate Profile:Education:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Media, Fashion Business or Fashion Communication.MBA preferred but not mandatory.Behavioural Skills:Learning MindsetImpeccable Service OrientationActive Listening & CommunicationAccountability & OwnershipTeamwork & CollaborationAttention to DetailExperience:2–4 years of relevant marketing experience in creative, premium or luxury environments.Experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred:Luxury Retail / HospitalityPremium Beauty / Lifestyle BrandsAdvertising / Creative Agencies handling Luxury ClientsFashion / Premium Consumer BrandsJob Title: Assistant Brand Manager – LuxuryJob Function: MarketingJob Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, IndiaJob Type: Full-timeExperience: 2–4 YearsJob Level: Assistant Manager / ManagerReporting To: COO – Luxury
