قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Assistant Brand Marketing ManagerDepartment: MarketingReports To: Head of MarketingPosition OverviewThe Assistant Brand Marketing Manager supports the Head of Marketing in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that strengthen the company's brands, drive business growth, and achieve commercial objectives. This role focuses primarily on offline marketing, public relations, brand campaigns, events, and partnership initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with digital marketing activities.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for Chinese Palace Group's portfolio of brands.Plan and implement offline marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, and new restaurant openings that complement digital marketing initiatives.Develop and execute public relations strategies, including media relations and influencer marketing campaigns, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with media partners, key opinion leaders (KOLs), influencers, agencies, and other external stakeholders.Source, negotiate, and manage marketing agencies, vendors, and suppliers to ensure quality deliverables and cost efficiency.Prepare, monitor, and manage marketing budgets while evaluating campaign effectiveness through ROI analysis and performance metrics.Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful marketing initiatives.Enhance the customer journey by supporting customer engagement initiatives and contributing to customer database management and CRM activities.Conduct market research, consumer insights analysis, and competitor benchmarking to identify trends and business opportunities.Develop compelling brand storytelling, campaign messaging, media pitches, press materials, and influencer collaboration briefs.Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of offline events, media launches, promotional activations, and customer-facing events.Track campaign performance, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies to drive innovation and marketing effectiveness.Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards, company guidelines, and business objectives.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.5–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry.Proven experience in brand management, offline marketing, public relations, and event management.Experience working with media agencies, influencers, and external vendors.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing budget management and campaign performance analysis.Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools; familiarity with CRM platforms is an advantage.
