We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, has strong attention to detail and is eager to learn and grow within a global fashion business.About the RoleAs an Assistant Buyer at Peppermayo, you will support the Buying team across trading, operational execution and product coordination for AU, US and EU markets. Working closely with Buyers, Ecommerce, Creative and Warehouse teams, you’ll play an important role in ensuring products launch smoothly and trade successfully across all regions.This role is perfect for someone looking to build a long-term career in fashion buying within a fast-paced and trend-driven environment.RequirementsSupporting Buyers across multiple regions including AU, US and EU markets.Raising and managing purchase orders.Managing reorders across categories including accessories.Assisting with weekly trade summaries and back in stock reports.Maintaining buying spreadsheets including cost prices, quantities and delivery dates.Reviewing bulk schedules and managing date uploads.Photoshoot scheduling and sample management.Tracking rejected stock and assisting with warehouse issue resolution.Conducting competitor and trend research to support the Buying team.What You’ll Bring1–2 years’ Buying/ Merchandising experience.Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.High level of accuracy when managing purchase orders and supplier data.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities across regions.Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs ideally.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the business.Passion for fashion, trends and the Peppermayo brand aesthetic.BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceWork within a fast-growing global fashion brandCreative and collaborative office environment in Surry HillsOpportunity for growth and development within the businessPet-friendly workplaceGenerous staff discountsInvitations to events, activations and brand momentsWFH Wednesdays
