The Buyer is responsible of the purchasing activities of assigned Purchase Requisitions in compliance with Corporate and Project Procedures and under the supervision of the Purchasing Group Leader.Key Activities & Responsibilities:To carry out all the purchasing activities, according to the indications and guidelines of PurchasingCoordinator / Head of Purchasing Department, such as:Float of inquiriesEconomical and contractual negotiationsIssue of Economical Evaluation to Project TeamsCooperate with Project Teams in highlighting main reasons of eventual extra budgets and proposing mitigation actionsIssue of Purchase Orders and following AmendmentsExpediting of Purchase Order acceptance by VendorsTo support Project Procurement Coordinators during the development of the supplies in case of any commercial problem.Requirements:Good command of English and Polish, both spoken and written (technical and business English would be an advantage)Education in economics, management, logistics, or any technical fieldWell‑developed computer skills, including Word, Excel, OutlookKnowledge and/or experience working with SAP or another ERP system would be an assetWe offer:Employment contract with a well-established companyOpportunity for development within an international group that is a leader among contractors in the oil & gas industryParticipation in interesting projectsFriendly working atmosphere and team supportCollaboration with top-class specialistsAttractive benefits package: LUX MED medical care, social fund, accident insurance (NNW), MultiSport card
