You'll help prepare fresh meals, salads, bowls, and cleanse-program dishes using organic, natural ingredients — combining nutrition, technique, and presentation to give our customers food that truly fuels them right.What You'll DoPrepare healthy dishes daily to Nawa standards — salads, wraps, grain bowls, cleanse meals, and grab-and-go itemsSupport the head chef in menu execution, recipe development, and testing new dishesHandle ingredients with care — organic produce, superfoods, plant-based proteins, whole grainsFollow portion, calorie, and macro guidelines for every dishMaintain consistency in plating, presentation, and food stylingEnforce strict food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP, SFDA compliance)Manage kitchen inventory, ingredient rotation, and minimize wastageSupport smooth kitchen operations across meal prep, juice bar, and grab-and-go stationsWhat We're Looking ForPrevious experience as Assistant Chef, Line Cook, or in a healthy-food kitchen — requiredGenuine understanding of healthy cooking — nutritional principles, dietary preferences (keto, vegan, gluten-free, high-protein), and clean cooking techniquesPassion for organic, whole, and natural ingredientsAccurate recipe execution — can read a recipe and deliver it consistently every timeStrong food safety and hygiene knowledge (HACCP awareness is a plus)Attention to detail in plating, portioning, and presentationFlexibility for shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekendsCulinary school certificate or nutrition/dietetics background is a plusFluent in Arabic and/or English
