Following a €20.7 million Seed financing round in early 2026, the company is entering an exciting phase of scientific and organizational growth.For more information, please visit their website: www.enodiatx.comResponsibilitiesBased in Liège and reporting to the Senior Scientist, you contribute to Enodia's discovery and preclinical research programs, with a particular focus on immunology, cell-based assays and flow cytometry.You perform and optimize laboratory experiments, generate reliable scientific data and contribute to advancing the company's drug discovery pipeline. Working closely with scientists and multidisciplinary teams, you combine hands-on laboratory work with data analysis and continuous improvement of experimental approaches.Your main responsibilities are:Perform in vitro and ex vivo experiments, including cell culture, immune cell handling and functional cellular assays.Conduct flow cytometry experiments, including sample preparation, antibody staining, multicolor panel optimization, data acquisition and analysis.Generate, analyze and interpret experimental data to support scientific discussions and project decisions.Develop, troubleshoot and optimize experimental protocols, particularly in immunology and cell-based assays.Contribute to the development and implementation of new assays and experimental methodologies.Conduct scientific literature reviews to support ongoing research and identify relevant methodologies.Document experimental activities and results in a clear, accurate and structured manner.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and communicate experimental results effectively.Support daily laboratory operations, including equipment, materials and consumables management.ProfileYou hold a Master's degree in Life Sciences, preferably in Immunology, Cellular Biology, Biotechnology or a related field.You have at least 2 years of relevant hands-on laboratory experience, ideally gained within a biotech, pharmaceutical or academic research environment.You have a strong background in immunology and cellular biology, with practical experience in cell culture, preferably including primary cells and immune cell handling.You have solid hands-on experience in multicolor flow cytometry, including sample preparation, staining, data acquisition and analysis.You are familiar with immunological and cell-based assays and comfortable interpreting experimental results.You are able to work independently in the laboratory, troubleshoot experiments and contribute to protocol optimization.Experience with ex vivo models, 3D cell culture, ELISA, Western blotting or CRISPR-based techniques is considered an asset.Experience with in vivo studies and a FELASA B certificate or equivalent is an additional asset, but not a requirement.You combine scientific rigor, organization and problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset and a good command of English, both written and spoken.OfferA stimulating scientific position within an innovative and high-potential biotech company.The opportunity to work on cutting-edge immunology research and contribute directly to innovative therapeutic programs.A dynamic, science-driven and collaborative environment, offering opportunities to develop your scientific expertise.The chance to grow alongside a biotechnology company entering an exciting phase of development.An attractive salary package in line with your experience and the responsibilities of the position.Your application will be handled in strict confidence, in accordance with GDPR.
