Apex Footwear Limited is looking for Assistant/Deputy Manager, PVCJob Description / ResponsibilityPlan, supervise, and control daily PVC production to achieve approved targets.Monitor PVC compounding, mixing, molding/injection, machine settings, and process parameters.Monitor productivity, efficiency, downtime, rejection, rework, and material consumption.Coordinate with IE, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, R&D, Warehouse, and other departments.Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and company policies.Identify production issues and implement corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage manpower utilization, attendance, shift planning, and operator/supervisor performance.Control raw-material usage, minimize wastage, and improve overall cost efficiency.Analyze daily production data, prepare MIS/KPI reports, and support trials, new product development, and process transfer.Educational RequirementsThe incumbent requires to have 4 years bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering.Experience Requirements6 to 7 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Manufacturing (FMCG),Leather goods/ Footwear/ Tannery, Plastic/ Polymer IndustryAdditional RequirementsStrong knowledge of PVC production, machinery, and process control.Strong production planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Action Oriented & Results DrivenCollaboratesCommunicates EffectivelyCustomer FocusBeing ResilientInstills TrustJob LocationGazipur (Kaliakair)
