About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Design Manager with a strong background in Architecture to join our team and support the successful delivery of major projects.ResponsibilitiesAssist the Design Manager in managing and coordinating the design process across all project stages.Coordinate with multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.Review design drawings, documents, and deliverables to ensure compliance with project requirements, quality standards, and specifications.Support design coordination and resolve technical and design-related issues.Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables are completed within the required project schedule.Identify design conflicts, coordination gaps, and potential risks, and work with relevant teams to implement solutions.Lead design coordination meetings and follow up on outstanding issues and action items.Ensure effective communication and coordination between all design disciplines and project stakeholders.Support the Design Manager in maintaining design quality and achieving project objectives.Prepare design progress reports and provide regular updates on design activities and deliverables.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.Required SkillsMinimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in architecture, design management, design coordination, or major development projects.Proven experience coordinating multidisciplinary design teams, consultants, and stakeholders.Strong knowledge of design development, technical reviews, and project delivery processes.Excellent communication, coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight project deadlines.Proficiency in relevant design and project management software.Strong attention to detail and commitment to design quality and project requirements.
