✨ We’re Hiring: Assistant Designer📍 Location: Dubai, UAEGloria Jeans Group is a leading fast-fashion retailer expanding across the Middle East. We’re looking for an Assistant Designer to support the design team in creating trend-driven collections that align with our brand vision and customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the design team in developing seasonal collections from concept to final product.Research current fashion trends, colors, fabrics, and silhouettes to support the creative direction.Assist in creating mood boards, fashion sketches, technical drawings, and presentations.Prepare and update design files using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.Collaborate with Product Development, Buying, and Merchandising teams to ensure designs meet commercial and brand requirements.Support the preparation of tech packs, product details, and samples for review.Assist with sample reviews, fittings, and design adjustments throughout the development process.Ensure all design work is delivered accurately and within agreed timelines.🔎 Who We’re Looking For:- Minimum 1 year experience as assistant designer - Freshers are welcome- Degree in Fashion Design or a related field- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop- Strong understanding of fashion trends, colors, and fabrics- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail- Strong communication skills and fluent English- Russian language is a plus💎 What We Offer- International exposure across multicultural teams and Middle East–focused projects- Career growth in a fast-scaling global fashion retail environment- Comprehensive benefits package
