Apply & track with Apply EdgeThe Assistant Director - Marketing Services helps bring Versa Hospitality’s marketing ambition to life across the group.Working closely with the Corporate Director of Marketing, Communications and Brand Experience, this role connects strategy with action, bringing clarity to priorities, keeping teams and partners aligned, and making sure marketing activity moves forward with purpose.Across our portfolio, the Assistant Director provides the structure, coordination and momentum behind the marketing function. From campaigns and creative to digital activity, content, agencies and marketing resources, they ensure the right work gets done, to the right standard, at the right time.This is a role that sits comfortably between the bigger picture and the detail. Someone who can understand where the business is going, turn that into practical plans, and bring people together to make it happen.What you'll doWork alongside the Corporate Director of Marketing, Communications and Brand Experience to turn group priorities and brand direction into clear, effective marketing plans.Bring structure and momentum to marketing activity across the portfolio, keeping priorities, timelines, budgets and deliverables on track.Coordinate group-wide campaigns and marketing initiatives, from the first brief through to delivery and review.Make it easier for teams to do great work by creating clear processes, useful tools, shared resources and effective ways of working.Assist to oversee relationships with creative, media, digital, PR and other marketing partners, ensuring strong thinking, clear briefs and quality delivery.Work closely with Commercial, Sales, Revenue, E-commerce and resort teams to ensure marketing activity supports the needs of the business.Help shape and coordinate content, creative and digital activity across the portfolio, ensuring it is relevant, consistent and true to each brand.Keep a clear view of what is happening across the marketing function, identifying gaps, opportunities and ways to work smarter.Support marketing reporting and performance reviews, turning activity and results into useful insights and recommendations.Coordinate important launches, projects and initiatives that bring together different teams, properties and partners.Help strengthen the capability of the wider marketing team through collaboration, knowledge sharing and good practice.Stay curious about new tools, platforms, channels and ways of working, bringing forward ideas that could make a meaningful difference.What you'll bring8+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within hospitality, travel, tourism, luxury lifestyle or another multi-brand consumer environment.Experience working across multiple properties, brands, markets or business units, with a strong understanding of how to balance different priorities and audiences.A broad understanding of modern marketing, with experience across campaigns, digital, content, creative, media, CRM and communications.A track record of turning strategy into clear plans and making complex projects happen.Experience managing creative and marketing partners, from briefing and direction through to delivery and evaluation.Strong project management skills, with the ability to bring people, priorities and deadlines together across different teams and locations.Commercial awareness and experience working alongside Sales, Commercial, Revenue and E-commerce teams.A practical understanding of budgets, reporting and marketing performance.Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate clearly, naturally and confidently across corporate, creative and commercial environments. Strong editorial judgement, an instinct for language and close attention to detail are essential.The confidence to work with senior stakeholders and the curiosity to question, improve and find better ways of doing things.Experience in hospitality or an international, multi-property environment would be an advantage.What success looks like at Versa Hospitality You bring clarity where there is complexity.
