Experience with multiple outlets in a hotel/resort. Experience with restaurants, private events, and banquets. Strong knowledge of wine and proficiency with MICROS and Microsoft Office.Experience reviewing outlet P&Ls, managing inventories, and maintaining financial controls.Proven ability to train, coach, and develop outlet leaders and service teams.Ability to make sound, timely decisions in high-pressure situations.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.Assistant Director of Food and Beverage Preferred Background & SkillsHands-on leadership style with a positive, professional approach.Flexible leadership style. Able to balance administrative duties and make deadlines.
