In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive day-to-day sales operations, mentor a talented sales team, and play a crucial part in achieving and exceeding our revenue targets. You will work collaboratively with the Director of Sales to implement strategic initiatives, develop profitable business opportunities, and foster strong client relationships across all market segments. This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment.Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Sales team across all assigned market segments, ensuring consistent performance and adherence to departmental standardsSupport the Director of Sales in developing, implementing, and monitoring sales strategies designed to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue targets for Rooms and Food & Beverage operationsAssume full responsibility for sales department operations in the absence of the Director of Sales, demonstrating decisive leadership and sound judgmentLead financial, administrative, and operational activities within the Sales Department under the guidance of the Director of Sales, maintaining detailed records and transparent reportingManage and develop key accounts within assigned segments, identifying growth opportunities and cultivating long-term, profitable partnerships with clientsIdentify and secure new business opportunities through proactive market analysis, competitor assessment, and strategic business development initiativesConduct regular sales calls, account reviews, and site inspections to strengthen client relationships and uncover emerging market opportunitiesTrain, coach, and motivate Sales team members to enhance their performance, develop their skill set, and support their career growth and professional developmentPrepare comprehensive sales reports, revenue forecasts, annual business plans, and departmental expense budgets with analytical precisionMaintain strong, collaborative working relationships with clients, business partners, hotel departments, and regional sales teams to ensure seamless operationsEnsure all sales activities, documentation, and processes comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standardsParticipate in task-force assignments and provide sales support for new hotel openings and special initiatives as requestedPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Sales or Department Head, demonstrating flexibility and resilienceQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a Sales leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industryBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Sales, or a related field (preferred)Proven expertise in managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities with measurable resultsStrong experience in driving revenue growth across multiple segments, particularly Rooms and Food & Beverage operationsDemonstrated ability to supervise, mentor, and develop sales teams, fostering a collaborative and motivational work environmentExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage clients and internal stakeholders effectivelyProficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and sales management toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail and accuracy in reportingSolid understanding of financial management, budgeting, and performance metrics analysisExceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills with a customer-focused mindsetAbility to develop and execute strategic sales plans while remaining adaptable to market changesStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficientlyResilience and composure in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment with the ability to meet and exceed targetsWillingness to travel within the region as needed for client meetings and business development activitiesAdditional InformationYour Team and Working EnvironmentJoin our dynamic and professional Sales team, where teamwork, relationship building, commercial performance, and guest satisfaction are at the heart of everything we do.
