Join EWAA Hotels to contribute to achieving its vision and mission of excellence and community service.Role Summary The Assistant E-Commerce Manager supports the management and development of the hotel group’s online sales and distribution channels. The role is responsible for monitoring online performance, managing OTA platforms, optimizing rates and content, supporting digital sales initiatives, and coordinating with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and hotel operations to maximize online revenue and improve the guest booking experience.Key Responsibilities Assist in managing the hotel group’s e-commerce and online distribution activities. Manage and monitor major OTA platforms and online booking channels. Ensure accurate hotel rates, availability, room types, packages, promotions, and content across online channels. Monitor daily online bookings, revenue, room availability, and booking trends. Support the implementation of e-commerce strategies to increase online revenue and occupancy. Monitor competitors’ rates, promotions, availability, and online positioning. Assist in optimizing hotel listings, descriptions, images, room information, and promotional content. Monitor the performance of OTAs, booking engines, and direct online sales channels. Coordinate with Revenue Management to ensure proper rate and inventory management. Support digital campaigns and online promotional activities with the Marketing and Sales teams. Identify opportunities to increase direct bookings and improve online conversion. Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and online guest feedback and coordinate with relevant departments when required. Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and provide analysis and recommendations. Follow up with OTA partners and online distribution providers regarding operational or commercial issues. Assist in maintaining the hotel website and booking engine content and functionality. Ensure consistency of pricing, availability, and hotel information across all online channels. Support the implementation of strategies to improve the hotel’s online visibility and market competitiveness. Coordinate with hotel teams to ensure accurate and timely updates of online information. Perform other e-commerce and digital distribution duties as assigned by the E-Commerce Manager. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in hotel e-commerce, OTA management, online distribution, or a similar position. Hotel experience is mandatory. Candidates without hotel e-commerce or hospitality experience will not be considered. Practical knowledge of OTA platforms, hotel booking engines, and online distribution channels. Experience with platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, and other major OTAs is preferred. Knowledge of hotel PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, and Booking Engine systems is an advantage. Good knowledge of Revenue Management and online hotel distribution practices. Good knowledge of MS Excel and ability to analyze e-commerce performance data. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good command of English. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel environment and coordinate with multiple departments.
