Meghna Group of Industries. is looking for Assistant Engineer - Production, Fresh Oxygen & GasesJob Description / ResponsibilityPlan, schedule, and oversee daily operations of the Air Separation Unit (ASU) to ensure continuous and efficient production of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon.Operate and monitor critical ASU equipment, including compressors, distillation fractionating columns, heat exchangers, and purification systems.Execute preventive and corrective maintenance of ASU machinery to ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and minimum downtime.Analyze and control key process parameters (temperature, pressure, flow rates in cooling towers and separation units) to maintain product quality and process stability.Supervise storage and cylinder filling operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and operational efficiency.Coordinate with cross-functional teams (filling operators, logistics, and maintenance) to meet production targets and customer delivery requirements.Manage cylinder inventory, documentation, and dispatch processes, including register maintenance, challan, and gate passes.Prepare and analyze technical reports (production, downtime, equipment utilization, and raw material consumption) to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Educational RequirementsDiploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic EngineeringBachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic EngineeringSkills Required: Communication, Microsoft OfficeExperience RequirementsAt least 3 year(s)The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Group of Companies,SteelAdditional RequirementsCommunication skills.Sound Knowledge of MS Office.Adaptability & decision Making Skills.Job LocationNarayanganj
