Guests can also enjoy water sports, with a private jetty offering shuttle boat transfers to and from the mainland of Dubai.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Executive Lounge Manager to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Support the daily operation of the Executive Lounges, ensuring exceptional guest service and consistently high F&B standards.Assist the Manager in supervising lounge operations and take responsibility in their absence, ensuring smooth and efficient service.Anticipate guest needs through pre-arrival communication, personalised service and effective handling of requests and complaints.Oversee daily lounge F&B services, ensuring Jumeirah standards are maintained.Support team development, upselling, inventory control and cost management while ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Bachelors’ Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality or a relevant field.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably within executive or club lounge operations in a five-star luxury hotel.Strong knowledge of luxury guest service and F&B operations.Excellent leadership, communication and guest complaint-handling skills.Commercially aware, with experience in upselling, inventory control and supporting departmental targets.About the BenefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
