Assistant Export Manager

Tips: Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.ResponsibilitiesManage export sales operations and coordinate with international buyers and distributors.Develop new business opportunities and explore potential international markets.Handle export inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order processing.Coordinate with internal teams for production planning, order execution, and timely shipments.Manage export documentation, including Proforma Invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents.Ensure timely follow-ups on payments, shipments, and customer requirements.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective international customers.Coordinate with logistics, finance, production, and quality teams to ensure smooth export operations.QualificationsGraduate/MBA in International Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field.Minimum 3+ years of experience in Export Sales / International Business.Good understanding of export documentation, shipping procedures, and international trade.Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple international orders.Proactive, commercially aware, and result-oriented approach.
