Job SummaryThis position is responsible to assist the Store Manager on ensuring smooth daily operations in the Salon & Boutique, and providing efficient services to all guests professionally as a customer-focused role. Reporting directly to the Store Manager and indirectly to the Operations Manager, this position will be situated in TWG Tea Salon & Boutique and is required to follow the weekly duty roster as planned out by the Store Manager.Job DescriptionsAssist Store Manager in managing the operations of the Salon & Boutique ensuring daily smooth operations Ensure all staff are meeting the Company grooming standards and monitor all standard of procedures are adhered on daily basis Prepare the Roster on a weekly basis Ensure all service staff are communicated correctly and meeting all established standards of service consistentlyResponsible for offering a friendly and efficient services to all guests and attending to customers’ needs, complaints and enquiriesProcess guests orders to ensure that all items are prepared and served promptlyDirect and coordinate the activities between kitchen and service staff Supervise tea services and catered events, ensuring neatness and cleanliness of service ware Assists in setup and clear down of the front and back of Salon & Boutique operationsEnsure food safety regulations are followed in accordance with Dubai Municipality’s Food Safety regulations and guidelines.Ensure waste is minimized and properly recordedHandling of cash, POS system and report of take-in-cash when on duty Responsible for recording daily sales report, ensuring all food and beverage items and products are accounted forOrganize all documentations and reports on shift work on a daily basisResponsible of ordering of stocks, inventory control, and ensure latest products and updated product catalogue are in the Salon & Boutique Have the aesthetics and able to create eye-catching merchandise display that lead the customer through the entire Salon & BoutiqueRequirementsMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in F&B / Retail operations, preferably within the luxury goods industry.Proficiency in Arabic or Russian is required to effectively communicate with Arabic- or Russian-speaking guests.Pleasant personality with a well-groomed and professional appearance.Good communication and interpersonal skills.This is a hands-on, customer-focused role requiring a candidate with drive, efficiency and assertiveness.High level of initiative with a positive and proactive attitude.5-day work week, including weekends and public holidays as required.Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.Please upload a detailed RESUME, indicating reasons for Leaving, Last Drawn Salary, Expected Salary and date of availability in MS Word format.
