Brief Description Purpose Of Role And/or The TasksSupport and assist the Field Supervisor in the implementation of the Gold and Minerals Exploration Programs, Safety Practices and Environmental code.This IncludesImplementing systems that allow for the safe and efficient running of field programs, including transportation of personnel, vehicle maintenance and equipment hireManagement of the Gold and Minerals fixed asset inventory listDaily oversite of the Field Support Teams; including overtime records Environmental protection Petty cash managementImplementation and enforcement of the G&M Safety policies Weekly reporting of logistical elements of the field operations.Candidate ProfileEducational Qualifications Skills and Experience 10 years plus relevant experienceExperience managing multinational teamsExperience managing Geophysical ground surveysExperience managing the field aspect of RC, Diamond and trenching programs.Full driving licenseExperience in maintaining excellent Safety and Environmental standards.
