Nami is backed by equity investment from the Southeast Asia Clean Energy Fund 2 and financing support from both international and local financial institutions.We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Assistant Finance Manager to join our growing team and contribute to the Company’s continued expansion and success.I. JOB ROLE:The position supports the execution and coordination of finance and investment activities under the guidance of the line manager, including financial analysis, budgeting, reporting, and operational support to ensure smooth department operations and business objectives achievement.The role works closely with the line manager in implementing financial and investment initiatives, coordinating cross-functional activities, and monitoring ongoing projects and financial performance. II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Investment:Support the implementation of investment and partnership activities as assigned by the line managerPrepare financial models, investment analysis, presentations, and supporting documents for internal review and external discussionsMonitor project progress, investment performance, and capital utilization under the direction of the line managerConduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial assessments to support investment evaluations Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to collect and consolidate information for investment-related projectsSupport due diligence processes, documentation preparation, and data management for ongoing transactionsMaintain updated market intelligence, industry trends, and investment-related dataEnsure all investment documentation and processes comply with internal policies and relevant regulationsFinance:Oversee and support daily finance operations in coordination with the external accounting service provider Prepare financial reports, cash flow tracking, budgeting reports, and performance analysis for line manager review Support budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and expense monitoring activities Monitor financial data accuracy and ensure timely submission of reports and supporting documents Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for budgeting, forecasting, and operational finance activities Assist in improving financial procedures, reporting processes, and internal controls Support payment monitoring, invoice tracking, and finance documentation management Handle ad-hoc finance and investment assignments delegated by the line manager III. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Economics, or a related field;Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are an advantage.5+ years experience in finance, investment, corporate finance, or related rolesStrong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisExperience in coordinating investment projects, financial operations, or cross-functional business activitiesGood analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work independently under deadlinesStrong communication and stakeholder coordination skillsExperience in energy and rooftop solar is a strong plus.Fluent in English and VietnameseWe look forward to hearing from you at recruitment@namienergy.comWorking location: District 7, HCMWorking time: Mon - Fri (8:30 - 5:30)
