Our mission is to create memorable experiences whilst maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism across all our locations.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ClosingManage monthly financial closing process.Review accounting entries and reconciliations.Prepare monthly management accounts.Produce Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Cashflow reports.Consolidate financial information across multiple entities.Ensure timely and accurate reporting.Cashflow ManagementPrepare weekly and monthly cashflow forecasts.Monitor liquidity and working capital.Forecast payroll, rental, supplier and capital expenditure commitments.Identify cashflow risks and propose mitigation measures.Outlet Performance AnalysisAnalyse outlet profitability and financial performance.Monitor:Revenue trendsGross marginsLabour cost %Rental cost %Inventory cost %Outlet contribution marginsProvide recommendations to improve profitability.Revenue & Sales ControlsReview daily sales reconciliation reports.Verify cash, card and e-wallet collections.Investigate discrepancies and unusual transactions.Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue reporting.Internal Controls & ComplianceReview payment proposals and approvals.Strengthen finance SOPs and internal controls.Ensure compliance with company policies.Coordinate annual audits, tax matters and statutory requirements.Management ReportingPrepare management dashboards and KPI reports.Present financial insights and recommendations to Directors.Support budgeting, forecasting and business planning.Team LeadershipSupervise Accounts Executive(s).Review work quality and performance.Train and develop finance team members.Job RequirementsQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent is preferred.MIA membership is an added advantage.ExperienceMinimum 5–8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.At least 1–2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience.Experience in retail, F&B, entertainment, franchise, or multi-outlet businesses is highly preferred.Experience handling full sets of accounts and preparing management accounts independently.Experience managing multiple legal entities and inter-company transactions is an advantage.Experience liaising with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and external accountants.
