About the roleOur client is a sizable corporation listed overseas with a small office in Hong Kong, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their Group finance team.ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Senior Finance ManagerManage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidation processes while producing accurate accounting schedules and group reporting packagesCoordinate the preparation of interim and annual results announcements across group entitiesDevelop financial budgets, operational performance analyses, and consolidated forecasts to support business decision-makingAct as the key contact point for external auditors, banking partners, and internal group entities during audit and operational reviewsOversaw tax filing procedures and ensure compliance with relevant statutory regulationsExecute ad-hoc financial projects and analysis as required by managementAssistant in IPO/ Spin off project

Requirements
